Composing is more than just writing music. It's the language in which composer tell stories, express emotions and share thoughts with the world. A composer is a storyteller who speaks in tones. The music that is created can touch the soul, convey joy, sadness, excitement or peace.
When composing for moving images, I follow the motto “less is more”. I always try to express my musical thoughts into the picture, what is happening on screen and the emotions of the protagonists. Through my many years of musical training at the Trossingen State University of Music, I was able to acquire a variety of musical genres and techniques to use them for my compositions. I specialize in composing, arranging and orchestrating for classical orchestras and ensembles.
