Composing is more than just writing music. It is the language in which composers tell stories, express emotions, and share thoughts with the world. A composer is a storyteller who speaks in notes. This music can touch the soul, evoking joy, sorrow, excitement, or peace.
When composing for motion picture, I follow the motto 'less is more.' I always aim to express my musical thoughts through the picture, the events on screen, and the emotions of the characters. Through my years of musical training at the State University of Music Trossingen, I have gained knowledge in a wide range of genres and techniques and learned how to apply these to my compositions. My specialization lies in composing, arranging and orchestrating for classical orchestra and ensembles.
