Synopsis:

In Ukraine, occupied by Nazi Germany, the twelve-year-old orphan and violin player Mitka has joined a group of partisans who use the boy's inconspicuousness to plan an unnoticed explosive attack. When a group of high-ranking SS officers arrives near them, they are chosen as the target of the assassination attempt, which means that Mitka inevitably threatens to put his only friend in mortal danger.
